Finding a casual, affordable weekend brunch (Sunday or Saturday) for the family is often a challenge, even when we’re not battling a pandemic. However, Johnny’s in the Roland Park is always a best bet, especially if you like seafood, any midday or evening, and owners Tony Foreman and Cindy Wolf have been eager to maintain their operations during the current crisis. This particular meal was a special treat, because not only was the pandemic still challenging indoor dining, but a Sunday snowstorm was taking place. Luckily, Johnny’s was open, and their reliability was a pleasure to experience. Spacious seating and large booths in their cozy restaurant, “downstairs” in the historic Roland Park Shopping Center, help to ensure physical distancing, as well as comfort.
